Aud Sentiments #219 Anything Goes
Thank you for joining us for this week's Aud Sentiments Challenge: Anything Goes + a Sentiment! This challenge is hosted by Digi Stamps 4 Joy. The image I chose to work with is Fusia.
I first started by printing the image on my laser jet printer and then ran it thru my laminator to cover it with a gorgeous pink foil. Then I colored the image in with Spectrum Noir markers and cut it out from my Brother Scan'n'Cut. The fun of this card came with the background! I found a pack of old photo paper (4x6) and wondered how it would play with alcohol inks... would it act like Yupo Paper? Why, yes... yes it did! I will have to create a Technique Tuesday video for this for sure! Who doesn't have old photo paper lying around?!
Thank you for joining us this week at Aud Sentiments!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #299
Welcome to Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #299!
I just love this sketch by Michelle! I was able to use up some scraps from a messy alcohol ink day and put them to good use! I played with alcohol inks on vellum and added some gold to it. It's hard to photograph to catch all those little golden flecks. The prayers sentiment is from Hero Arts!
Thank you for joining us this week! I can't wait to see Challenge #300!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch #297
Happy New Year and welcome to Sketch #297 at Atlantic Hearts Sketch!
I first started with using Distress Oxide inks to create the background. Then I used the celebratory stencil from Newton's Nook with gold embossing paste. Once that dried, I added an Altenew Rose and the Hero Arts 'Blessing' Sentiment.
Wishing you all a blessed New Year!

2 Crafty Critter Crazies - January 2019
Happy New Year!
I am so thankful for Bugaboo Stamps for sponsoring our January Challenge. I chose to work with Winter Bird Friends.
I printed these two out with my laser jet printer and colored in the image with Spectrum Noir Markers. I then added some white flock to the hat and some embossing snow to the base. The sentiment is from Newton's Nook and the tiny snow flakes are from Lawn Fawn.
Wishing you all a very Happy New Year!
