Sometimes you just need a get well card. And in this case, I needed a masculine one. I hope this simplistic little arrangement brings a smile to our friend. I used Memory Box dies, and the Heartfelt Creations aster daisy dies, along with a rectangle stitched border die.

Rubbernecker Stamps and Watercoloring!
Rubbernecker just came up with the 1st ever card challenge. I've been having so much with their stamps lately, that I wanted to take a few minutes to join the fun! The first challenge was a Birthday Card challenge.
I used their stamp and colored it with Distress Inks. I took three colors, stamped the solid image, spritzed it with some water, and stamped my image on water color paper. I heat set it and then stamped the detailed image with black versa mark ink. I then used my water brush and added some extra color to the areas I missed... and the areas I wanted more yellow. I added the mason jar and blended some distress ink to create a watery color. Once that was dry, I covered the jar in glassy accents to make it look like a real glass jar. The flowers were then blinded out... using Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pens.
As I was finishing up, I noticed that another favorite group on mine add a watercolor challenge, so I will also be submitting this to my crafty friends at 4 Crafty Chicks!
Happy Birthday - and congratulations Rubbernecker Stamps!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #197
Welcome back to another Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #197.
I really took some latitude with this challenge and decided I didn't want to make flowers. :)
I needed a pick me up card for a coworker, who happens to be my coffee buddy, and started to see if coffee cups could form a wreath! I think it's adorable!
The sentiment, coffee ring, and coffee beans are from Altanew and the coffee cups are from Newton's Nook. I don't usually think outside the box THIS much, but I certainly had fun with it!
I will also be entering this card into the 4 Crafty Chicks Challenge which just also happened to be coffee themed! I just love it when a player n comes together.... and I can sit down, blog, and enjoy a cup of coffee on the AFC/NFC Championship weekend!

Atlantic Heats Sketch Challenge #195
Welcome to another Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #195. Thank you for stopping by!
For the first time, I use the Rubber Stamp Tapestry stamp sets. They are the flowers and leaves on the inside of the hearts. I stamped all over a sheet of paper and then die cut two hearts from it. They are so adorable! I have a couple of sets and will certainly start incorporating them into my card making and scrapbooking.
I hope you will join us for this Sketch! It's hard to believe Valentine's Day is a month away!

It's Technique Tuesday: We R Memory Keepers Stamp Positioner Tutorial
This is for my mommy!!!! For Christmas, I got her the We R Memory Keepers stamp positioning tool. I didn't have enough time to give her a proper tutorial, so I decided, it should be a Technique Tuesday video! The funniest part about this video is that I keep calling the 'G' stamp a positioned instead of a guide. I have no idea why... and watching it back, I just keep giggling!
Happy crafting!
