Colored Pencils with Black Cardstock
Sometimes black cardstock is overlooked and underutilized, especially when it comes to colored pencils. Here is a birthday card that I made for a co-worker using Spectrum Noir Colored Pencils and Stampin' Up Whisper White craft ink. To see how I made this card, visit this Technique Tuesday video!
