Gift Tags!

Have you ever wanted to make a gift tag or a label for a basket/gift?
I was asked to make 40 of the following for an upcoming conference swag bag!  I've used fall stamps with Versamark Ink and clear embossing powder.  I used a post-it-note to mask an area to stamp the name.  Then come the Gelatos and lots of blending!  I used a baby wipe for the first pass of blending and then finished up with my fingers!  I love them!  This will also be an upcoming Technique Tuesday video!  Stay tuned!

Dryer Sheet Technique! A winter wonderland!

This is an upcoming video on Technique Tuesday!  So stay tuned!

Use your border punch as a stencil

It's Technique Tuesday!  I tried using my Martha Stewart border punches with mixed media instead of just a plain piece of paper!  Watch the video to see the results!  Medias used: viva 3d stamp paint, metallic rub-ons, stamp pad, cats eyes ink, and chalks.

Happy Birthday Flip Flops!

For the someone who dreams of the beach all year long!

How would you make the sand for this card? Someone much wiser than I clued me in once I learned that my premade sand glue dried up and smelled horrendous!  It is very simple!  Use sand paper!  I took a sheet of abrasive sandpaper, covered it with Mod Podge, and wa-laa!  Did a couple of tears and created my flip flop card!

The flip flops themselves were made by finding an svg file that I turned into a file my BrotherScanNCut could recognize - made two sets, one a little larger than the first.  Then decorated with ribbon and cute little flowers!  I adore this card!  If you would like a copy of the svg file that I used or the BrotherScanNCut file, please use my contact page and send me a note!

One Last Set for the Night!

This absolutely cracks me up!!!!
This one needs a little more work - the glue got away from  me...
I should put a disclaimer on all cards made after 10pm!

This is a modification from the card last year.  It was a huge seller!!!

More Christmas Card Mock-ups!

This is a hard card to photograph.  It's a dark navy blue.  The first layer is a shimmery blue cardstock, embossed and then matted on a dark blue cardstock.  The ornament is die cut out after I embossed white snowflakes (Martha Stewarts).  Two of them were made to add depth to the ornament.  It's quite lovely in person!

It's Christmas Card Time Again!

These are the mock ups for this year's Christmas Card sales!  I'm really excited about all of them!  I can't decide which one is my favorite!

These last two cards are for my mom.  Instead of 'Where's Waldo?'
We decided to do, 'Where's Luna?'
