Welcome back to this weeks Aud Sentiments Challenge #206! It's an anything goes challenge hosted by We Are 3. I chose Seaside Anchor as my image to work with. I printed the anchor out on blue cardstock and loved using my colored pencils to fill it in. I also played with my alcohol inks on yupo paper for the background.
